Both Mark and Shelly are wonderful and very helpful. This was our first experience to buy a property in New Zealand. All the guidance and support given by Mark and Shelly was outstanding. We sold our rental house through Shelley and mark. We have used mark before and the addition of Shelley is in our opinion makes this team unbeatable . Mark is the assertive seller , knowledgable and essential to be on your side. Shelley softens mark and is so easy to deal with, real and genuine. We decided to sell and they came and shelley gave suggestions and noticed the details. She said hard work, a steamer and very little money. We followed Shelley’s ideas to the letter . Shelley suggested staging so we did, Shelly is very stylish. We took two weeks off work and worked hard every day. We put a low price with the house presented immaculately. The first open home , 35 different people came through, caused a sensation in the street according to the neighbours. Offers a week later and sold within 2 weeks of listing at our desired price . We are both so delighted with their service.

As a first home buyer, Pete was brilliant in helping to guide me through the process we went through in purchasing the home. I was reassured by his professionalism as well as his extensive knowledge of the house and its surrounding area. He was always prompt with his communications and worked as a great in-between with the home owners at multiple times throughout the process. These things all went a long way to make the process go as smoothly as possible. I work a job with odd hours and I'm hugely appreciative of Pete's flexibility in accommodating this throughout the process.

Peter was always very good wth communication and replying to any queries that I had. He sorted the sale quickly and was able to make it work, which was great. The only reason I gave a four star rating instead of a five was for when I was phoned and warned someone maybe putting in a counter offer that didn't eventuate. This caused me undue stress that could have been avoided. Overall though, I am very pleased with how well the sale went, many thanks Peter!

Mark and Shelley are a great team which showed excellent market knowledge. We have bought and sold a few homes in the past and found Mark and Shelley very good on their care, communication and professionalism of a high standard. They were very clear on how the process works and we felt very confident in their ability to look after us while going through this journey.
