Mark and Shelley were fast moving with getting people through my property as I had it as viewing by appointment only. Within 3 weeks my home sold. This has given me a fresh start and I have already purchased another house in around 4 weeks. They reassured me through the process as I did not know half of the terminology of house selling, or the legal parameters and I lost count how many times I phoned Mark to answer the same question. Everything fell into place and Mark and Shelley worked hard to secure a buyer and negotiate a price I was happy with. The fees aren't as high as other real estate firms either and they linked me in with an excellent mortgage broker. Thanks guys and I am so happy overall. Mark and Shelley marketed and sold the family home in Otatara which was owned by my mother's estate. In this situation, Public Trust were technically the vendor. Mark and Shelley followed the appropriate lines of communication with Public Trust but in addition to this also managed to keep our family (who all live outside of Southland) well informed of progress with the sale with their personal communication and progress reporting. They were professional throughout the process and achieved a timely result. This was important to us as we all live in other places and dealing with the upkeep of the property was therefore not a simple task. We enjoyed dealing with Mark and Shelley and very much appreciated the good work that they did for us and would recommend them.
