3rd times a charm
I couldn't sell this section in 2021, or 2022. I couldn't afford to hold it any longer either. I tried two other agents before this, both successful agents neither could produce a result. Kylie had an offer for me within a few weeks in writing that eventually fell over. We were going to withdraw but within 1 week I had an unconditional offer. Kylie and Buddy know how to hustle. They work hard, they communicate and, they get pen on paper. Thank you very much,

Couldn't be more helpful!

Trust is all you need
Most important thing you need from an agent is trust and high negotiation skills. This is why I used Kylie and Buddy to sell for me for the third time! A high standard of service.

Kylie sold our property!!
Kylie knew this property would only appeal to a small number of buyers, & throughout the time it was listed she kept in touch with us while cheerfully taking groups for viewing. She was always available & easy to talk with. She accepted that we were not in a rush to sell, & despite the changing market situation, was prepared to wait for the right purchaser to surface.
