We engaged Christian after a cold call to the Mike Pero Cashmere office to enquire about their services in selling our property. From the very first meeting Christian's enthusiasm and positivity gave us great confidence. He delivered on everything he said he would do regarding marketing and we feel as though he really understood our property and what it offered perspective buyers. He even investigated tide times to help in open home scheduling to ensure the views were maximised and held evening open homes to showcase the evening skyline. We felt he left no stone unturned in pursuit of our sale. The auction process was new to us , but with Christian's guidance and advice he made it supwer easy and I believe he attained the top market value for our property.
