Outstanding Service!
We were thoroughly impressed with Christian's service throughout the buying process. After a long year trying to buy a property and dealing with a number of rude and unhelpful agents along the way, Christian proved to be a breath of fresh air. He was attentive (picking up that we had already downloaded the property documents as soon as we walked in the door) and no question was a problem to answer. He was very responsive and made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. A positive experience all round.

Couldn't have been better
We have worked with several sales agents over the last few years and can honestly say that the service provided by Christian and the Mike Pero team was exceedingly better than any other we have experienced. The thing that really stood out to us was that he communicated with us continually and kept us in the loop during the whole process and at the end of the day got us the sale at a price we were extremely happy with.

Very professional approach and friendly manner
Christian was on time and on the mark in finding us a rental property in New Brighton. The property was well presented and had a lot of interest which Christian managed well, keeping communication flowing and up to date in this multi offer situation.
