Having tended an unsuccessful offer on one of Christian's listings, he suggested he had just the listing for me and encouraged me to take a look. Suspiciously, I did take a look and to my utter surprise he was absolutely right. I was lucky enough to then enter into the traditional offer to buy, followed by a healthy negotiation between myself and the vendor which was transacted by Christian in a open healthy manner. Through out the sale of my parents house in 9 Amherst Place I didn't really communicate with Christian on a 1-to-1 basis very often. His Real Estate colleague, Steph Kimber, was the person I dealt with more. Steph was the 'go-between', informing me of the details regarding the Open Homes and the stats of each of those. Christian did sent emails with correspondence and when we did meet he was very welcoming and positive about the sale of the property.
