Nienke worked hard for us in a challenging market getting an above expectation price. The sale got a bit complicated at times but Neinke stuck with it and sourced people to help out with many things. I always felt I could call her to better understand what was going on and she was very patient with my mother (the vendor) who is now in a rest home. Will definately go back to Neinke for the next sale.

The knock backs and disappointments add up and make you feel like it's never going to happen. My partner & I first met Tanya while on a whim popping in to her open home, we found her very genuine and inviting. She was super easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and was always open to any questions we had. Had Tanya not been so personable we probably wouldn’t have bothered with an offer as when going through other homes we really liked the agents had actually put us off. We would highly recommend Tanya if you were considering selling your home. Her energy has been consistent throughout the sale, and she gave us the support we needed during challenging times. We decided to sell our Bishopdale home to move to Rolleston to be closer to friends, work and enjoy the benefits of a newer home. We met Tanya whilst she was managing the sale of our former Neighbours home (deceased estate). I popped by to have a cheeky look at the home, and I decided to ask Tanya if she would like to manage our sale. She tuned into our silly sense of humor and accepted the "red cowboy hat challenge" (Mike Pero Red). Just to explain, the deal was she got the hat if she got us a sale! I tell you, I never doubted she wouldn't earn that hat! On a serious note, she also reigned us in when we needed to be serious, her professionalism and commitment was never questionable. Soon after inviting Tanya to manage the sale, she called by to give us a valuation, pointed out the shortcomings and benefits of the property. Her valuation was spot on, and we got the exact mid-range value for the property when we completed sale. This was arguably at a time when the market was favoring buyers. We were very happy with the outcome, and it's exceeded our expectations. Tanya is very approachable, has a common touch and is emotionally intelligent. She was always available when we needed her.
