I have sold three properties through the diligent and thorough work of Christian O'Malley. Each time the he has approached the sale with enthusiam, strategy and professionalism regardless of the property or market. The properties have ranges from an inner city townhouse, a family home and small rental unit. He quickly secured buyers for all three properties and the process was seamless and easy to follow. In addition to this Christian was my 'go to' person when extra help was required such as a cleaner, staging company, building inspector and valuer. He had great contacts that enabled the properties to be set up and looking their best for the sale. His photographer also made the most of the presentation of each property making for an excellent marketing programme. He offered many Open Home time slots allowing for maximum viewing and each time the results were optimal. Thanks Christian.
