From the get go, everything was professional and respectful. I had a very pleasant experience through the whole journey. I didn't feel judged or ignored when attending the open home (which has happened a lot being a young buyer) to the final inspection of the property, where it felt more relaxed and comfortable, nothing being hidden. She had excellent knowledge of the property and didn't hesitate to contact the vendors about my minute questions during the open home, prompting an immediate response to my questions.
