Great Agent Christian was easy to work with, didn't muck around at all and did everything to help us as first home buyers, worked with us and even out of office hours to suit our schedule. Always happy and full of energy, he Always replied to any txts or emails pretty quickly and does his research on the property so he prepared for any questions that may be asked. Tanya works very hard and is a great communicator. Very professional and honest and gave us very useful advice throughout. Great negotiator. approachable and knowledgeable about the local area. Very high standard of marketing. Tanya works incredibly hard throughout the open homes, during the deadline sale, the process to get unconditional and right through to moving day. Always at the end of the phone was great to have her negotiate on our behalf. Would highly recommend Tanya.
