He sent a great deal of time explaining the process; walked me through all the documents; ensured I understood every thing; answered all my questions; was very knowledgeable; and kept me informed at every stage. He assisted me in the preparation of the property to optimise the saleability by putting me in touch with inspectors and staged to sell organisations. Chris informed me of when the open homes were to take place and gave me feedback after each open home about reactions to the property, repeat visits and interest in purchasing.
