I decided to work with Peter and Edita after chatting with multiple agents from different RE agencies. I just felt comfortable with their style over several meetings with them. I’m always suspicious of smooth operators, younger agents, and promises. P&E had a good strategy, no suspicious promises, lots of market knowledge, and were open and easy to talk with. They listened to my suggestions and thoughts, offered good ones that I missed seeing to improve our chances of success. We just appeared to be on the same wave length throughout the sale period for my home. If you don’t sell houses every day like me there is a lot of stress even when things appear to be going well. Week after week in a tough market environment will take its toll on everyone. We critically evaluated everything that happened after each open home to see how we all thought it was going and if there was anything we could do better for the next one. In the end I personally feel we all worked really well together, it went according to plan we finalized the sale and I was then a "cash" buyer ready to buy my next house. I know everything went my way in the end, maybe luck maybe intelligent planning. I couldn’t be happier with the results, we are still good friends, and I’m a new home owner as well.
