I had a very positive experience selling my property with Rhys and would have no hesitation recommending him. From the outset, I found him straightforward and realistic in his advice. He has very good knowledge of the Alexandra market and was able to support his views with relevant local sales and market experience rather than telling me what I wanted to hear. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Rhys kept me informed, was readily available when I wanted to discuss something, and was always happy to talk through the reasoning behind his recommendations. I particularly appreciated that he had some good examples and experience around setting the property price, which gave me additional confidence when deciding on the final pricing strategy. When it came to negotiation, Rhys provided good advice without putting pressure on me to make a particular decision. He also gave me the room to make decisions, without being pushy, which was important given that the sale was a little unexpected. We discussed the different options openly, agreed on an approach that I was comfortable with, and ultimately achieved an excellent result. Throughout the process I found Rhys professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Selling a house involves some fairly significant decisions, and I valued having an agent who was prepared to give an honest opinion while still respecting that the final decisions were mine. I would happily use Rhys again.
