This is my fifth experience - either buying or selling - with Rachel and her fabulous team. I can't recommend them highly enough. They know our area better than anyone else, that is why they are the 'tops' on the peninsular. Their market knowledge is exceptional, they communicate well and are extremely professional. Nothing is too much trouble, always accommodated with a smile while going above and beyond.

We put our house on the market when we were overseas, Rachel handled the challenges of this really well and we had sold before we had returned, with very little hassle. Rachel's knowledge of the local market is invaluable, she was always professional, her advice was sensible and we always felt she was working for us.

Our journey with Emma and Rachel has been hassle free and a pleasure to go through the process of selling our property. They were prompt , professional, kind and their local knowledge was highly valued.

Rachel and Emma listed our family home and as this can be a pretty stressful task we were a bit nervous, they made the entire process extremely smooth and stress free . Their professionalism, knowledge and negotiating skills was outstanding and we ended with a great result. We felt very informed and supported throughout the process, no question was too hard to be answered and I always felt reassured. The advice and guidance we received during negotiations was extremely valuable. We would highly recommend Rachel and her Team to anyone and would list with them again!

Highly recommend Emma it has been such a pleasure working with Emma. Emma is a friendly enthusiastic professional very thorough in all information that she gave and couldn’t fault her as a agent.

Quick stressful sale couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Highly recommend wouldn’t hesitate to use again her knowledge and professionalism 10 out of 10.

Rachel is the kind of agent you hope and wish all agents were. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with, extremely knowledgeable, factual, doesn't give you waffle and is a straight shooter. This is the second time we have dealt with Rachel, previously as a buyer and now as a vendor. She is the consummate professional and I would be very pleased to recommend her as both someone to sell a property, or to help find one to buy. We have really appreciated all that Rachel has done for us. We would like to thank her for all her hard work and persistence during the sale of our property, which was a difficult market.

One thing that really stood out when purchasing a property through Rachel was how she made sure that we, as buyers, were well informed and kept aware of the process before, during and after signing the purchase agreement. This was especially helpful as first time property buyers in New Zealand. We would not hesitate to recommend Rachel and the team.

Both Rachel and Emma were a pleasure to work with on the purchase of my new property in Omokoroa. Rachel kept me updated throughout the process, got answers to my many questions and wasn't at all 'pushy' which made the journey very simple. Totally recommend.

Emma is a true professional and also just a great human being. She listened to what I needed, really understood me and made my first home buying experience truly exceptional. I am also happy to say, that miracles were performed, I think from the day I met her to being a property owner took us all of 10 days! LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT!

I have known Rachel Millard for over 20 years. I have purchased 5 properties through Rachel. Rachel's no nonsense, let's get this job done approach is very encouraging. At the same time you are left in no doubt that Rachel takes the legal aspects of every transaction very seriously. A person would have to go on a long search to find a more professional sales person with such a wide knowledge of all that Omokoroa encompasses.

Rachel and Emma were fantastic to deal with. Proactive, thorough and great communication - highly recommend working with Your Realty.
