Initially we placed numbers 55 and 57, vacant lots, with Rachel with a firm indication that number 53 would be for sale once we had moved. Soon after signing the agreement with Rachel a prospective purchaser placed an, subject to the sale of their property, offer. Rachel then organized a Residential Building Company to provide a house plan for number 55 Lynley Park Drive to show what a layout of a residence could be achieved. A few weeks later a person, with an inheritance, who knew Rachel, arrived on the scene. Rachel knew we were not far off moving, and asked if we would be willing to place our three properties on the market as one deal involving each of the three individually. We agreed, and in a matter of days all three were signed up.
