5 Kingson Court I would definitely recommend Rachel, very professional and easy to work with. She has a great knowledge of the area and is well connected with the community. Good communication between Vendor and Purchaser, and a lot of attention to detail. A great experience thanks Rachel.

As an out of town buyer I found Rachel extremely helpful, who went out of her way to facilitate the necessary paperwork involved with my purchase. Emma did a great job in juggling visits to fit in with traveling from out of town. Nothing was too much trouble. Rachel was always available to answer questions I had, no matter how mundane they must have seemed to her. I would certainly recommend Rachel, Emma and Lara when purchasing.

Everything Reuben did throughout the sale and purchase of the property was on point. From the moment I piqued some interest, he was able to bridge anything and everything I threw his way, with all queries and matters relating to the property. His communication was extremely prompt. This helped with my overall confidence and put me in the best position to make the right offer, against the market insights I was weighing up at the time. Diligent and thorough, probably best sum up his approach - he was fastidious right down to the finer details and this even stemmed all the way through to providing me with what my bank and solicitors would require, to push final settlement over the line. I have no hesitation in recommending Reuben to others. Thanks

Thank you for your hard work, patience, and diligence selling us our rental property. We look forward to working with you in the future.

Rachel and her team have a very good understanding of clients expectations. They are professional and very thoughtful. Rachel especially helped us a lot (can’t say in words) through her effective and efficient communication while we were moving jobs countries and having personal things to take care. She is a gem. Thanks to her and at her team we sold our house even during tough times at relative ease.

Our house was sold after just one open home. Reuben worked hard to manage all the interest which resulted in multiple offers for us to consider. He was good at communicating and managing viewings around our needs in what was a very busy campaign. We found Reuben to be friendly, professional, and very hard working. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others looking to sell their property. Karen & Mike Jury

Rachel's knowledge of the Omokoroa market and her professional approach were the reason we chose her. She kept us well informed during the selling process in a friendly and efficient manner. We received weekly reports from her. She was happy for us to ask any questions regarding the process. We would highly recommend her to anyone selling their property.

Rachel has been involved with a few property sales and purchases with us. She knows the market backwards and will always look after your interests, highly recommend.

It was such a great experience working with Rachel. Her communication and professionalism throughout this process has been outstanding.

My family dealt with Rachel and her team as buyers from out of the area. She was very helpful and had great communication during a difficult time for us. Nothing was too much trouble and her colleagues were just as helpful. She has great local knowledge and we had complete trust in her and her ethics. We would absolutely want her to sell our house for us in the future.

We have know Rachel for around 7 years now in the Omokoroa Community, Rachel has always been in touch throughout this period and is a well known and respected Agent which made the decision easier when it came to placing our house on the market. Throughout the sale of our house Rachel worked hard to get buyer interest and kept in-line with the price we were wanting for our house. Was a pleasure working alongside Rachel and we would recommend Rachel to any potential Vendors and Buyers. Thanks Again!!

Fantastic team! Was a quick process from start to finish and Rachel made it easy. We knew she had our best interests from the beginning. Thank you Rachel! Would recommend every time
