Rachel is the kind of agent you hope and wish all agents were. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with, extremely knowledgeable, factual, doesn't give you waffle and is a straight shooter. This is the second time we have dealt with Rachel, previously as a buyer and now as a vendor. She is the consummate professional and I would be very pleased to recommend her as both someone to sell a property, or to help find one to buy. We have really appreciated all that Rachel has done for us. We would like to thank her for all her hard work and persistence during the sale of our property, which was a difficult market.

One thing that really stood out when purchasing a property through Rachel was how she made sure that we, as buyers, were well informed and kept aware of the process before, during and after signing the purchase agreement. This was especially helpful as first time property buyers in New Zealand. We would not hesitate to recommend Rachel and the team.

Both Rachel and Emma were a pleasure to work with on the purchase of my new property in Omokoroa. Rachel kept me updated throughout the process, got answers to my many questions and wasn't at all 'pushy' which made the journey very simple. Totally recommend.

Emma is a true professional and also just a great human being. She listened to what I needed, really understood me and made my first home buying experience truly exceptional. I am also happy to say, that miracles were performed, I think from the day I met her to being a property owner took us all of 10 days! LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT!

I have known Rachel Millard for over 20 years. I have purchased 5 properties through Rachel. Rachel's no nonsense, let's get this job done approach is very encouraging. At the same time you are left in no doubt that Rachel takes the legal aspects of every transaction very seriously. A person would have to go on a long search to find a more professional sales person with such a wide knowledge of all that Omokoroa encompasses.

Rachel and Emma were fantastic to deal with. Proactive, thorough and great communication - highly recommend working with Your Realty.

Rachel and Emma were great to work with throughout the selling process. We relied on them to guide us in the process and were not disappointed. Highly recommend this team if you are looking to sell (or purchase) a house in Omokoroa - they are awesome!!

Rachel from Your Real Estate Omokoroa went out of her way to make this such an easy process for me. The ladies in the office were all so supportive and kind, and they knew the answers to my questions if I needed to ask someone other than Rachel. Rachel was very good at keeping me informed and replying asap to my questions. As the buyer I was also impressed with the respect which Rachel showed the vendors. I cannot thank the team enough or recommend them more highly.

Emma was part of the team that sold our property. Emma was an absolute pleasure to work with, from the start to the finish. We never doubted the authenticity of the information she was providing us each week, and we felt updated at all times. Emma went over and above for us, including some dog minding during viewings where we couldn't get there (which we did not expect at all). We know that she worked hard in the background to create interest and get to the point of making the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Emma and Your Realty for selling your property.

Rachel was part of the team representing us for our house sale. When required, Rachel was confident and assertive. This was what we needed as it was our first time with an agent. Along with that, we never felt that we weren't being listened to. I wouldn't hesitate to to recommend Rachel and Your Realty.

What a pleasure it was to deal with both Rachel and Emma. Right from the start warm and friendly , and completely transparent and open in regard to the house we bought they were marketing. So refreshingly different to the usual real estate companies. It was a pleasure and I would certainly use them if I was going to sell my house in the future without hesistation, highly recommend.
