Great Communicator
We had planned to sell our home ourselves. But after a long and exhausting reno – and a chance meeting with Mel – we asked her to give us a valuation. During her presentation and explanation of the process it was clear Mel had energy and enthusiasm for property selling in spades – along with a network of potential buyers we couldn't access alone. Within a week of listing we had two good viewings. The second was someone Mel had been dealing with for months who clearly wanted the place. I'm sure they would have signed up there and then but Mel told them to go away and sleep on it. Next day, they made an offer – over asking price – and the rest is history. Mel's a great communicator, easy to deal with, not at all pushy and just gets the job done.
