I couldn't have asked for a better agent than Mel in my search for a home in a new area. She took me on a virtual tour of the properties meeting my criteria and always knew of a local tradesperson who could repair any faults. Her knowledge of the area was excellent and she freely spoke of the bad points as well as the good. She was always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any queries or paperwork required. She made me feel like l was her only client! Which l wasn't.
