This was my fifth time working with Derek and my first time with Rick and their team, which in itself says a lot about how much I appreciate the effort these guys put into the sale of our property on Point Chevalier Road. Selling from overseas can be daunting, but they went above and beyond in every respect, making the process smooth and stress-free. The market conditions were admittedly a little tricky , yet the way they strategised, collaborated, and continually came up with innovative ideas and suggestions was outstanding.
