Chris has been simply incredible helping to sell my mother's house. He organised for a side of the house to be painted within a week, organised for a gardener to tidy up the garden, transformed a tired and dated interior by homestyling it to make it look presentable, worked with a photographer to capture the essence of the house and show it in its best light, brought his son with his drone to the house on their weekend to make the most of the harbour views and worked tirelessly with the Public Trust, the buyers and myself in Auckland to create a smooth, thoughtful win/win/win outcome for all parties. His attention to detail, crystal clear communication style and optimistic disposition made this an enjoyable exercise for all parties. Chris is superb at what he does and I strongly recommend you use him if you want a successful and stress-free house sale or purchase.
