Gavin was lovely but best of all...he gave me Claudine!
Seemed very nice and professional but the best thing about Gavin was that he was calm and collected on auction day but he HAVE ME CLAUDINE. However, I dont know how I missed this house, but I randomly saw it and Tweed St, when I was trying to get a realistic price comparison for another unrelated house. I phoned on the offchance of viewing it, as I had missed the openhome and was living rural in Horokiwi. A long way to come back. Claudine stepped in when I really needed her and came at short notice. I wasn't expecting to but, we both loved it. Claudine showed us around but was not intrusive. We felt comfortable talking to each other in front of her. She gave us space as well. She answered all our questions, was attentive and very supportive on auction day. She definitely gave me confidence that I could do this. It's quite an overwhelming time. I really feel She has gone above and beyond and she has been in contact since to auction to see how we were. Tony and I would totally recommend her as an agent. All the best CLAUDINE!
