Everybody warned us of using this agent but we gave the benefit of doubt, which is a huge regret now. We had voiced we would have liked to keep Tepora to sell our home, who a couple months prior gave us an appraisal when we were thinking to sell, as Wayne was dodging our request of having an open home the weeks following Christmas and advised none until Jan. Come time to move, the night prior I'd messaged to ask if settlement was still going forward and he advised yes it will. Then next morning he messages us around 10am to advise our buyers had settled. We raced to get our belongings out on the deck to move in the pouring rain, our brand new cot was then drenched so much that the wood has warped and is now unusable. Later that day around 4 he messages again to say they have settled, which confused us as he had already told us they settled around 10am earlier. The buyers had not settled at 10am like he said and had us rushing and ruining our belongings for no reason. Because of this terrible communication we are not out of pocket a cot and our baby has no bed. We expressed to Wayne how disappointing this was and how it could have been avoided. He gas lit us saying he had not called us and that we called him, we said we have the call log and this most definitely did not happen. He eventually apologized and admitted he worded it wrong. We would never use this company again, they take no accountability, and have gas lit us when they make a mistake. They seem to have no cares about your best interest.
