outstanding work done by wayne in terms of communication and settlement however i would like to make a suggestion to the professional may be for future that might help them with more sales to add a welcome gift(i do not need any) that could include small stuff which makes a new home owner very happy as a gesture however the work done by wayne was just amazing, he was honest and i would definitely recommend him :)
