We would highly recommend Luke for his awesome communication skills, Luke listens, I mean really listens and makes sure you understand and are happy with all the sale procedures. These are all on a calendar for you, so super easy reference for dates etc. Luke has excellent real estate knowledge which he shares in a very informative way making sure you understand all the information he gives you. Luke keeps in touch with phone calls text and emails. With our endless phone calls to him, he always made us feel that what we said was very important. Luke's super friendly and has the ability to make you feel really relaxed and always managed to reassure us with any concerns we had. Lastly Luke is a hard worker and for us, managed to achieve a super fast great result.

The minute we met Judy we knew we wanted her to look after us in selling our now to big home, being a local she new the market in Wainuiomata. When we asked Luke to present an appraisal for our property he was really professional in his approach, and built a rapport with us immediately.
