Throughout the selling process Patrick and his team acted with complete professionalism at all times. A great listener who collaborated with us to come up with different marketing strategies using his real estate experience and negotiation skills, whilst allowing us the freedom to have our input. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to sell your property. Although the price we sold our property for was less than we originally wanted, we came to the realisation that the property market is very challenging at present and so we lowered our expectations accordingly. Once we accepted this reality, to "meet the market on price", and being patient, we then put our faith and trust into Patrick to find the right buyer which he eventually did.
