Kelvin is an excellent communicator. He went to Avondale College and knew the local area, which is one of the key reasons why I selected him to sell my unit in Avondale. I felt well informed and confident in his advice. He was professional, approachable and went above and beyond to get me a good result - including sorting the staging, picking up curtains, private viewings for those who were unable to make the public viewing times, contacting other agents in the area and offering conjunctional deals.
