Kelvin helped the reviewer sell this property

Made the Whole Process Easy

Kelvin is an excellent communicator. He went to Avondale College and knew the local area, which is one of the key reasons why I selected him to sell my unit in Avondale. I felt well informed and confident in his advice. He was professional, approachable and went above and beyond to get me a good result - including sorting the staging, picking up curtains, private viewings for those who were unable to make the public viewing times, contacting other agents in the area and offering conjunctional deals. I'd recommend him and would work with him again. Thanks Kelvin
