Dalbir delivers what he promises

Dalbir has sound marketing skills, industry knowledge and communication skills. Property in question was in a mess as tenants left a lot of rubbish on site. I was trying to sell property with other agents and was not attracting any buys. Since Dalbir got involved, he suggested to clear all rubbish and make the property presentable. Once all rubbish was cleared, property attracted 8 buyers. I wish I had met Dalbir before I met other agents.
