Purchasing first home

An Agent who goes the extra 5 Miles!

Nev has done an outstanding job. I am an absentee vendor and a former real estate professional for many years - I know a good agent when I work with one! Not only did Nev do what I would expect from an Agent, and did so very competently, he also organized people to tidy up the house and grounds at the beginning of our journey, ( both significant jobs) used his own connections to organize tradesmen on two seperate occasions and even water blasted the deck and driveway and cut the lawns himself. I have never known an agent to offer service at this level before! This was a difficult house to sell in a difficult market and Nev brought me the separate offers, all within a few dollars of each other, so I am confident he got me a fair market price for a house badly in need of TLC. And all this for a very realistic fee!
