Prior to joining the team, I spent the last 15 years in the customer service sector, but I thought it was time to spread my wings and try something new. I leapt at the opportunity to work with Professionals Onehunga as an Assistant Property Manager. After completing my studies and obtaining my licence, I now manage my own portfolio. I take great pride in my work and always complete tasks to a high standard. I love that no two days are the same in property management and enjoys getting to meet people from all walks of life. In my downtime, I enjoy designing and sewing my own clothes, along with spending time with my friends and family. I am ready to tackle the Auckland property market and I am excited to be working in the industry.

I recently joined the property management team at Professionals Onehunga. I brought with me the experiences I gained from working in Real Estate sales, where I swiftly closed significant property sales to the complete satisfaction of both vendors and buyers. I have a great passion for properties and providing great service to my clients. For me, I understand the importance of building a trust with property owners and tenants, lending them an ear to listen to their needs while ensuring that I can provide the highest standard of customer care. I grew up in Beijing, China. After almost 20 years of international experience working and living in multi-cultural environments, I have developed excellent communication skills with fluent English and Mandarin to provide the best result possible. I am also a well-travelled person before I settled in New Zealand.

I made the move to the property management team after 15 years in the insurance industry. Initially an assistant to Lesley Dunsmuir, where I learned from Lesley’s vast experience, before I moved on to a portfolio on my own. For me, customer service is a priority and I am prepared to do whatever it takes to go the extra mile for valued clients. I pride myself on my honesty and professionalism, and my ability to resolve issues in an effective and timely manner. Coming from a strong sales and relationship management background, I confidently have what it takes to be able to provide a level of service beyond my clients’ expectations, maintaining high standards of service. I hold a Real Estate license which provides landlords the assurance that their properties will be looked after in the correct manner. My goal is to give my clients the professionalism they deserve and to ensure that every property has a top quality tenant with minimum vacancy, and that the management of the property is always dealt with in a professional manner.
