We cannot recommend Shar enough! She was outstanding in every way. We originally tried to sell our house privately. Had no idea what we were doing. Constantly stressed out about it. Wasn't working, so decided to go with a real estate agent. Best decision ever! Shar took all the stress and hassle out of selling a house, she did all the work, I didnt have to worry about anything. She was very upfront, thorough and honest and really knew her stuff. She went out of her way to help, including meeting with us outside work hours.
