These 2 were always ahead of the Lawyer, the buyer and even ourselves. They would gather required information before someone asked. For example, Before the lawyer asked us for some papers, the 2 from Professionals would tell us to prepare these. Sure enough, it did. Shona said something that caught my attention, "if we complete everything before settlement, the settlement day will be a smooth transaction day." Pre-settlement was completed on Tuesday and Friday was settlement. It was an easy exchange and smooth sailing. With the market being a buyers market, the 2 agents managed to sell the property at an unexpected higher price than we thought and to someone who would care for the place.
