From the minute I met Alice I felt a genuine connection. Her warm/ kind but professional approach is second to none. She was totally perceptive to the emotional tie we have to our family home and showed genuine interest in its history and story, which meant so much to us. We had regular communication throughout the selling journey and Alice checked in often to see how we were feeling. Alice has a fantastic sense of humour which I appreciate and we shared many laughs. Alice and her husband Aaron are an amazing team, juggling their young family life with the demands, I'm sure, the industry takes but you would never know it. They made us feel like our home was the only home they were selling, again I truly appreciated that.
