I was advised to get two Land Agents to view my house to sell.Which I did,and chose Alice Pearson.She was very informative,knew the market well,and gave good advice. My Daughter was here too and said 'Mum I warmed to her straight away, so helpful and friendly,she's the one.Alice kept me informed with each step,making sure I was ok with dates etc. Open home went well.Aaron at bottom of drive showing folk the way Alice greeting everyone at the house.Quick sale. Alice was just as excited as I was, very warm friendly lady who knew everything about house sales and I can now call her my friend. Many many thanks Alice ,I am one happy lady xxxxx

The whole sale process and all that it entails, was made easy and well explained by Alice. Our concerns and doubts, were answered and delt with in a timely and professional manner without anything becoming overwhelming and complicated. Our situation made it so that Alice had full access and care of our house in our absence. She diligently made sure that that the upkeep of the yard, and lawns were taken care of, and the house was in a good presentable order for whenever she felt the need to show clients around, or to do what she wanted in regard to timings, and open homes. At no stage did we have any concerns that out home was in any way neglected, or would not be in a high degree of readiness for the prospective new owners. Alice, and her partner were great to deal with and the result was outstanding given the circumstances we were faced with.
