He gave us lots of incredible advice which when we took all of it resulted in a much higher price than we expected and a very quick sale. That being said, he also managed our expectations about price really well. He was very candid and about what we could realistically expect, so we never felt like we were being overpromised (and hence why the final result was such a lovely surprise). He went above and beyond helping us navigate a lot of the tricker aspects and was always available to talk things through and support us however we needed.
