Mark Phillips from the start of the process was very helpful with advice on the marketing and process for selling. The property took a while to sell but this was no reflection on Mark. It was due to the ever changing real estate market in Wellington region with prices constantly reducing. The two rental apartment house had on average, a regular 2-6 groups through at every Open Home, that were held each week. It was only due to Mark's perseverance, his attitude and advice that finally saw a sale.

Sunil helped us from the day our purchase became unconditional until settlement four weeks later. We dealt with John Ross initially. During those four weeks, we had to make a few visits to the property for various reasons and Sunil always made himself available to let us in and address our concerns. He liaised with the vendors promptly when he wasn't sure of something and provided the information, we were after.
