Dealing with Shona Ruane and Amanda Dumbleton was a great experience. We have sold 2 houses before this one with Shona and Amanda and by far, this was the easiest and most professional one. These 2 were always ahead of the Lawyer, the buyer and even ourselves. They would gather required information before someone asked. For example, Before the lawyer asked us for some papers, the 2 from Professionals would tell us to prepare these. Sure enough, it did. Shona said something that caught my attention, "if we complete everything before settlement, the settlement day will be a smooth transaction day." Pre-settlement was completed on Tuesday and Friday was settlement. It was an easy exchange and smooth sailing. With the market being a buyers market, the 2 agents managed to sell the property at an unexpected higher price than we thought and to someone who would care for the place. Thanks to Shona Ruane and Amanda Dumbleton, they made this sale so easy and wonderful for us. I would recommend them for any sale as they go the extra mile to make things easier for everyone.
