Our purchase wasn't straight forward, there was a couple of things to negotiate. But the whole way through, Rhys helped guide us through the process and nothing was ever a problem. Top service, listed our house just 3 days before going on a 2 week holiday, came home to a SOLD sticker on the sign, selling above listing price. Rhys was fantastic with communication and negotiation of the house I sold, and the one we bought. Highly recommended and I would use his services again. Very professional and not too pushy.
