Hi Kayne and Josh, Thank you guys for the amazing efforts you went to in making our house sale successful. Your initial suggestions Josh, in getting reliable renovators in and guiding us through the "getting ready process" was so helpful. Your recommendation of a top class auctioneer was much appreciated. One thing we have truly appreciated was your patient communication with our questions. Thanks for the lovely touch in having the coffee and treats available for those coming to the auction. It created a friendly feel. Sorry we couldn't enjoy the sweet treats, but sugar is off our menu. The tea was great. I'm saving the champagne until our family gets together for Christmas hopefully, and we can all say "CHEERS" to you both for a job done so well. With warmest appreciation, Christine and David
