We choose Ross Angus as my parents had known Ross for about 10 years, following a letterbox drop. We were not keen to deal with a big mega real estate agency and had always appreciated the friendship offered to our parents over the years. Ross provided gentle guidance throughout the entire process as the family was selling our elderly parents home. Ross was easily available when we needed to ask questions.
