I had met Michael once prior to offering him the listing of my late Mum's home. Although the home was slightly out of his more traditional 'area', Michael conducted a great deal of research before coming up with a sale and marketing plan. Throughout the entire sales process I was kept informed at each step. Immediately after each open home I was given an update regarding numbers through and more importantly how he intended to follow up with each of the prospective purchasers. Once we had accepted an offer Michael worked tirelessly to continue working with other prospective purchasers in an attempt to gain a higher back up offer. We knew we were in a market that was changing and its fair to say that Michael worked very hard to secure the sale. I have no hesitation in recommending Michael and will look to use him again in the future.

We choose Ross Angus as my parents had known Ross for about 10 years, following a letterbox drop.
