We chose Rory to sell our newly built house . We expected Rory to be professional with good communication , market and local knowledge. This was proved right at the end of the transaction. Rory gave us an appraisal of the house after his first visit which was inline with our expectations. Then he presented a Plan to achieve the target with advertising and staging which sounded right with a right time frame for our situation. His advise and updates were prompt during the campaign. He was transparent in all his dealings with right amount of information. We did have certain delays with the papers (and due to COVID restrictions) to complete the transaction but he followed it through until the transaction was complete. We have no hesitation in recommending Rory and his supportive team to anyone.
