Marlene has assisted with issues around building inspectors negligence and has actively followed up on any questions we had about the property. She has been very easy to deal/interact with and has helped make sure the sale has gone in favor of both the vendor and us the purchasers. 100/10 would definitely use her services in the future and more then willing to recommend her in the future.

One of the first things that impressed me was Marlene respect for my home. It goes a long way when shoes are taken off at the door every time she came around. Very hard working and communication out standing. Often checking in on me when I was having low days. Laughter is good for the soul ,and we had many laughs along the way . Marlene is passionate about what she does and professional. When I sold my house I was given a mohair blanket in my favourite colour,how cool is that. It's those special things that make Marlene stand out. Thank you so much for going on this journey with me,you have been awesum.
