Simons discretion and confidentiality was evident at all times and we never felt that was ever a source of concern. Our only point of concern came around the presenting of an extremely low offer which I felt was insulting from the potential buyer. This did knock our confidence somewhat at the time and I wonder if PGG should reconsider its policy of presenting all offers and think about offers needing to be within a certain percentage of market or govt valuation . Whilst I accept Simon had to present it we weren’t happy to recieve it . Overall we recommend Simon highly for his service and dedication and we would be happy to recommend to anyone selling farms in this market
