I was very impressed with the quick response to my initial enquiry to Angela about selling my section. Within a day or so I received an extremely detailed report on valuation, marketing recommendations, fees and a step by step process going forward to market. Living out of town was not an issue as Angela was always available for an impromptu visit by me at short notice. I was kept informed with a detailed weekly report giving website visits and of all contact and follow ups with Interested parties. Overall the professionalism, communication and market knowledge shown by Angela from start to finish was outstanding.
