I was introduced to Angela Monteith and Sanda Mcnamara - both with PGG Wrightson - by a good friend in Te Anau. Both were extremely helpful in providing advice and assessments for two sections we own in Te Anau, and Angela took the lead on the promotion and sale process on the section that just sold. Angela did a great job of preparing the various documents required and the marketing materials. Once the section actually went on the market Angela acted proactively to make potential purchasers aware of it, and the result was a rapid sale which works well for all parties. I was very impressed with the quick response to my initial enquiry to Angela about selling my section. Within a day or so I received an extremely detailed report on valuation, marketing recommendations, fees and a step by step process going forward to market. Living out of town was not an issue as Angela was always available for an impromptu visit by me at short notice. I was kept informed with a detailed weekly report giving website visits and of all contact and follow ups with Interested parties. Overall the professionalism, communication and market knowledge shown by Angela from start to finish was outstanding.
