With many years spent in farming and rural communities, Marlene has a natural understanding of residential, lifestyle and rural properties. Together with her husband Gerard, she has also bought, sold and renovated property, giving her firsthand experience of the emotions, challenges and rewards that come with every property decision. Known for being approachable, hardworking and easy to talk to, Marlene enjoys getting to know her clients and taking the time to understand what is important to them. She believes good communication, trust and keeping people informed are the foundations of a successful real estate experience. Fluent in English, Dutch and Brazilian Portuguese, with a good understanding of German, Marlene enjoys working with people from many different backgrounds.
