Originally, we had our property on the market with another agency, not a lot was happening a friend suggested that we contact Jeff. From the outgo Jeff came across as very knowledgeable and helpful. Selling commercial property is not always straight forward. Jeff was up front on a couple of issues that needed addressing and as such arranged for meeting with the council and basically got the job sorted. Within a month or so a deal was negotiated that all parties were happy with. Would not hesitate to use Jeff again if the need arises.

jeff came to asses our property and understood our requirement and expectations very clearly. we felt very comfortable from his approach and understanding . he explained us his strategy of hoe to list the property on the market in the current market . after listing the property he gave us few ideas like staging the property. we had lot of people through in open homes and jeff always gave us update after every open home. he has taken extra care of our property during open homes and in between as we have moved out of Ashburton. that extra effort from jeff was quite touching and extraordinary we are quite sure no other agent would have gone to that length. he helped us through negotiations and gave us the best possible price as possible in that tough market while being fair with the buyers also. we would highly recommend jeff over anyone and would definitely work with him in the future . thank you jeff for a very pleasant and satisfying experience overall.

All information provided promptly, did video walk through of house as I purchased from Wellington unseen. Friendly, professional and made me feel confident in the purchase process all related property information provided and also addressed some questions for me with council. I have purchased many properties over the years and the service from Cayla and PGG Wrightson was the best I have ever had. Would highly recommend Cayla as my agent if I was selling a property. I have used the PGG property management service, and they have also been excellent.
