Pukekoma Forest is a substantial forestry holding located in the Awamangu area of South Otago, approximately 28 kilometres north of Balclutha, within a well-established forestry district. Its position within 100 kilometres of Port Otago provides practical access to export and processing infrastructure, adding to its overall appeal as a forestry investment.
The property comprises a total area of 741.8 hectares, with approximately 725.4 hectares of plantable land, of which 687.5 hectares are registered under averaging scheme in the Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS), offering carbon returns alongside timber production.
