Pete’s career journey has been diverse and people-focused from the beginning. Originally from South Shields, England, he
trained as a chef before serving in the British Army and later managing hospitality businesses in London. After moving to New
Zealand in 2002 with Nikki, the pair successfully owned and operated hospitality ventures, building strong foundations in
leadership, negotiation, customer service, and business management. Pete entered real estate with a natural passion for
working alongside people during significant life decisions. His approach is straightforward, honest, and solutions-focused —
ensuring clients feel confident and informed at every stage of their property journey.
Nikki, Southland born and raised, built an impressive international career before returning home. She spent over a decade in
London working at Morgan Stanley as a Vice President, specialising in wealth management and strategic financial planning. Her
background in high-level finance brings a strong analytical and commercial edge to the business. Since moving into real estate, Nikki has focused on providing clarity, structure, and strategic insight to buyers and sellers alike. Her calm, grounded manner and ability to simplify complex processes help clients make well-informed decisions with confidence.
