We had a really good experience and have given Kate 5 stars. As first home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and she was always easy to get hold of and happy to talk things through. She never made us feel like anything was a silly question, which we really appreciated. She showed us through the property a few times and was always accommodating, which helped us feel more comfortable with our decision. She clearly knows the Martinborough market well and explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, she was professional, approachable, and easy to deal with. Kate provided advice on how improvements could be made to appearance along western fence line which were adopted with an excellent outcome. She also recommended using professional stagers to maximise the presentation of the property which we accepted. Our house was transformed as a result of this decision. Kate is very personable and her whole approach was very professional as was her knowledge of the local market which was impressive. She negotiated a selling price that met what we wanted. Overall an excellent agent to deal with with very satisfactory outcome. Strongly recommend her.
