Sale of our mother’s family home

We are so grateful to have had Nicole cross our path and sell our mothers home. It was a very emotional time for us, a big family home, mum had been in for 20 years plus, lots of family memories. Right from the beginning Nicole was there, even helping us pack up on one visit when we couldn’t stop, racing to get the house prepared for sale. Through all of it she heard us, was empathetic and at the same time helped us get clear and her well informed pragmatic approach got us the sale at a good price in perfect timing. She kept us informed of the market, followed up with every potential buyer, surveying what else they were looking at, inspiring interest in our home, and helped us respond to feedback that made a difference. Her contacts and solid relationships with independent contractors eg: plasterers, building inspectors, and the like meant that we had quick and easy access to quality trades people to help in our preparation for sale. If she didn’t know someone or something of relevance she did her homework and came right back to us. Her communication was exemplary - always positive and genuine. We truely could not have had better support, integrity, and highly informed and skilled salesmanship. We will always go back to her if selling another house and highly recommend Nicole to anyone wanting to sell their own or a loved ones home.
